Meetings, Functions and Weddings

From small-scale meetings to occasions which require catering for over 100 people we have the experience needed to ensure your event is exceedingly special.

We recently held a splendid black-tie dinner for over 90 people on our rackets court in the presence of HRH The Earl of Wessex.

MTRC is increasingly popular for weddings. Held either in our elegant dining room and bar area or our larger rackets court facility, guests are very well catered for and greatly impressed by our in-house dining and extensive wine selection.

General Manager Stella Heap and Chef Gareth Lloyd would be delighted to discuss your requirements and provide various menu examples.

Menus can be tailored to your needs, from as little as £20 per head to more elaborate requirements.
